skins??

hey guys this is goTCha again, i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to make custom skins for medal of honor or if there are any skin creator programs out there. i was browsing on clan yellow pages and i saw a clan with their own clan skins and i was really interested in doing the same thing. if anyone could help my with this ill be really greatful.. thanks again guys
