How to disable voting?

I have voting set to 0 in my config but still voting is allowed on my server somehow. I wouldn't mind leaving it enabled but it seems the voting is killing the rotation. I ahve the time limit set to 15 minutes and after some pople will be one and vote, the time will be 30 minutes and it just repeats the same map. If I can stop the later, I'd leave voting enabled.

You need these two lines in your config file:

// Allow Voting (Set both the same!)
set scr_allow_vote "0" // Allow Voting
set g_allowvote "0" // Allow Voting

Having only one of them doesn't affect voting.

one disables the voting menu, the other disables the voting via the console.
