Problem with SV_PURE acting strangly...

Starting just a few minutes ago our breakthrough server stopped letting people connect with pure on... When I load a pure cfg file it will partly load the map and kick out everybody for being unpure. It is doing this to people, including myself, that I know are 100% pure. It worked normally for 2+ straight weeks until today.

I've already reinstalled breakthrough on the server to see if that made any different but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

To be honest, I didn't think they ever got pure working properly.

Are you aware of the cl skipintro command +set cl_playintro 0. If players come on server without it set in there shortcut target when they launch the game they can be prevented from getting into sv_pure servers. There is no ryme or reason why having that makes it work and not having it works only sometimes.

We had 3 guys able to get in without having that command in our server one week then none the next.

same thing here...totally 100% everything exactly the way it worked in SH, and BT's refusing due to invalid .pk3

i installed the bonus skin....maybe that's why.....
but that doesn't explain why people who didn't install the bonus skin still get unpure.....

Reinstalled AA, SH then BT and it all works now........... Very strange.
