Help with client download speeds...

i've loaded some new maps and wanna allow clients to download the maps that we're running... we turn allow downloads on and it only gets 5kbs... how do i turn up the speed for faster transfers...

yes i have looked other topics and i don't know if it's frustration or it just has been mentioned but i haven't found anything... so please if anyone knows i'll check back... thanks in advance...
