Server Help Plz

I was on our dedicated server with my buddys and we kicked a guy for cheating.How did we know he was ? He had unlimited nades and could kill you from across the map with one shot. Well he can back in so we kicked him again. The 3rd time(another name) he came in he started resetting the map? He said if we keep kicking him he would do this for 5 min strait. So we shut the server down and renamed it.
I would like to know how he done this and how to prevent this? Is there a way to ban these players? We are new at the server stuff so PLZ HELP!!!!

You should make sure you are running one of the admin tools on your server to detect cheats such as CI, Delator or Server Watch. You can find in our AdminTool Download section:
