Breakthrough Runner

Hi,

I have just converted Spearhead Runner to Breakthrough Runner. It is not complete (some options need to be implmented) but it seems to work just fine. I am in need of some Admins to help put this program through its paces. You must already have MOHAA Runner or Spearhead Runner installed to run this program as I have not had time to put an install together.
