SW - "Tried to send command over 20 times" ERROR??

I have looked all around for this subject on all different kinds of forums...even the majorkillingforce.com forum, and there was one topic about it, but it didnt solve my problem. I get this message EVERY time it tries to send a message to the server...very annoying. Im not sure what the problem is or if there is some sort of code that enables the "SAY" command to work or what....But i cant send messages in CI either. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!???!? 8O

p.s. i am running off of a Win XP OS.....would this matter?

hehe as developer of the software i can exactly say when that messages comes up. But why .. thats an other point

Did you tried disable the flood protection of the moh server ?

yes....well i have it in my exec serverconfig.cfg file. What should that say exactly??? make it "0"??? Im clueless on that part :? Thanks for the reply.
