Whats the best anti cheat program?

Guys I need to know what is the best anti cheat program.
I am on dial up so what are my options?

I am having trouble with delator 3 as I try to open main application and I get a error message.
The message application I am able to open but not the main one.Not sure why

Did you attempt to discuss your error messages in the Delator Index? I am sure you'll get it resolved there.

As it regard the best anti-cheat. I would have to say that it depends on the type of cheat you are looking to detect. But MOHAA CI, MaM, Delator, Pandora and DMW Scanner are among some of the cheat utilities out there.

Where can i download latest Pandora (English Ver)? I tried http://www.pandora-anticheat.com but can only d/l the german ver, not english one :(
