Hi there... I want to set up my own server and i have read you guide on spearhead server .cfg Now how do i start the server ? Do i start it with a copy of my chort cut on the desktop?? All i have found is what to type in MOHAA is it the same text line in spearhead??

Start by making a copy of your MOHAA game shortcut.
Right-click the shortcut and go into it’s PROPERTIES.
Then add the proper variables into the TARGET: box ( or command line) AFTER and OUTSIDE of the quotes that surround your PATH (this is important !). Also be sure to have a space BEFORE the first variable after the quotes, and at the end of each following variable.

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\MOHAA.exe" +set dedicated 1 +set ui_console 1 +set g_gametype 3 +set sv_maxclients 12 +map dm/mohdm1 +exec serverXX.cfg

So how do i write for spearhed??

Don´t i need to put in the starting map or something like that?

There is a dedicated exe for servers in the MOHAA folder and you need to use that server.exe in your Target:
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\moh_spearhead_server.exe" +set dedicated 1 +set ui_console 1 +set g_gametype 3 +set sv_maxclients 12 +map dm/mohdm1 +exec serverXX.cfg

Now all you have to do is click on the shortcut and you will get a console window come up with some text scrolling as it loads. Once you see "Hitch Warning xxxx" the server is running. Go connect to it and see how it runs.

No, the path to the BT Demo exe is completelly different:

Ok thanks Snype but i don´t have the demo i have the full game. Can i just delete the demo part in the line :?:

nope. The full version server installs in the MOHAA directory.
