Ok people Listen Up.
I've Found a problem that solves almost everything...
Remote Stuff...

What this thing does...
It's a server client program and it shows you your server's desktop...
***ATTENTION***
No Full screen games will be displayed...
e.g Mohaa... Cs etc.

You move your mouse , you move his mouse... etc.
You can go to your server mohaa path and open the server.cfg and add
one new map...
or download a new map and install it...
If you run it as a service it will start with windows each time server reboots. You can do whatever you want like sitting on your pc.
Enjoy...

If server crashes... you re-execute the shortcut...

Here is the link:
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/download.html

You must also set a password.
I'm sure there are also other programs like this ...
But nothing that is 172Kb size.... and *.exe,no need to install...
Got it in your mail...
Download it,run it, and voila!

Thank you for pointing out what we've all been using for years along with RAdmin, remote desktop etc :)

Only good thing about VNC is it's use on Linux boxes if a desktop is installed and the correct runlevel is set but then if you're your actually going to go to the trouble of running Linux I suspect you'd be a SSH purist :D

ok so why not posted anything like that here?

I've been searching for quite some months now...

Anyway , question... Anyone know a program like that, that you can make a copy - paste from one desktop to another... ???
Or know a better program.
Give links.

You should of asked mate :)

Remote Administrator (Radmin - www.famatech.com) allows you to "get" or "set" the clipboard so that you can cut and paste simple things like text between machines. There is a seperate file transfer mode a bit like an FTP client to allow you to swap actual files back and forth.

On XP machines the built in Remote Destop feature (based on Terminal Services) allows you to share all resources between remote machines like shared folders, printers etc so it's just like sharing resources with a machine on a LAN. Connecting to a remote machine with an OS before XP, like say 2000 is also possible but has fewer options. I can't remember what they are exactly as I haven't used it in some time but have a read up on it... should still be enough to cover everything you need

VNC and RDP (Remote Desktop Protacol) will allow drag and drop from one desktop to the other.

Make sure you are not running full screen (Make the remote connection a window).

On large files you will not see the transfer and it may take some time to do. Test it out with a small file.
