Breakthrough on Linux

Well it appears not much code change at all from SH to BT. Somebody on the icculus.org MOHAA mailing list has somewhat succesfully ran the breakthrough demo using the spearhead linux binaries. Still a few bugs need worked out regarding rcon but it's being looked into. I will keep you updated on this situation. All may not be lost Linux Admins.

Can someone tell me how to make BT work on a Linux box that has SH running? What do I need to change?

Currently its only a Windows installation.

I am gong to attempt a lonux installation via WINE over the next few days, but this is just to see what CPU useage would be like.
It will probably be not viable for commercial servers sice BT already uses the same cpu load as SH.
Might be ok for one server but thats it.
Wine uses a substantual load by itself.

Ill post the results & how to if I get it working.
