new admin needs some info. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

hey fellows I'm new to the admin world and would like some info on some stuff if you all can help
1. How do I do a dumpuser on another player?
2. how do I go about doing an "rcon crash" to reset the server?
3. How do I change the "game message"that runs on the server?
I would like to say thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Welcome to Hell. Administrating a server is tough, if you want a "pure" server.

1. To do a Dumpuser: dumpuser clientname (MOHAA:CI + MaM scripts works great for this)

2. "rcon crash" -I hope that's not what you mean. You can use the "rcon restart" or "rcon reloadmap" to start over.

3. Regarding games messages. Do you have any current messages? If not you can use several programs to do that.
a. (CK)AUTOKICK - this makes timed announcements via your playername.
b. MOHAA:CI - This can do the same as Autokick and also send messages via the iprint command that prints onscreen - below compass.
c. Or you can get a script that does that for you.
