RCON LEVELS?

is it possible to make different RCON passwords for different levels..

Thi sis possible on other games with different leves
say i wanted to just give someone a pass to change maps..

another permission to just change maps and kick players?

You can use ServerWatch (http://www.daniel-rudolph.de/index1.html?PagetoLoad=projekte/serverwatch/index.html&SessionID=8b6979af583fd0d4ae1d57ebaf0c45e3) and set different levels through the SW client.
