Delator hacks

[Defiant]

I have a couple questions,i have done a couple of dumps on the person below,yesterday it said hacked,i waited a few minutes,did another dump and it showed all zeros,so i let it go thinking it was a glitch,today the same person.hacking or a Delator glitch?

I banned but will remove if this is a problem with delator,since it should have kicked on all these hacks,right?
It picks them up when i do a dumpuser on the person,yet it doesn't kick them,any ideas would be appreciated.
Also i noticed the Mac OS,but i thought it was fixed and wouldn't show the hacks.
