HELP!!! DMFLags or other settings

Hi i need to set a TOW map with these additional settings:-

no bazookas
shotties
gewehrgranate.
Max 2 snipers
Fun=On

Are they DM Flag settings or additional line data..

As to turning off weapons, MAM has a mod for doing that on the fly if that's what you want. Limiting the total number of a given weapon type is something I have not seen since Q3 Team Fortress. There is a guide that talks about dmflags settings as well as several posts - but none of the things you request are controlled by that (although you can replace the rifle grenade with a shottie using a dmflag setting).

My question is simple, but I can't find an answer yet.

what does the dmflag setting // DF_OLD_SNIPERRIFLE 524288
do?

It seems to allow the usage of a mod rifle for axis only, but i'm not sure...when i do use it I can use axis sniper rifle mods when not using it I can only see the old axis sniper rifle.

If you include that value in dmflags, the german sniper rifle will be the kar sniper rifle that came with Allied Assault (hence the term "OLD"). If you don't include that in your dmflags, then you get the G43 semiautomatic sniper rifle for the Germans.

Any weapon mods you have may effect the two different sniper rifles (or might not), but its the dmflags value that determines which of the two weapons (modded or not) that the germans use for a sniper rifle.

Thats what I thought, some guys in my clan thought it allowed some sort of cheat, I told them to think back to the old game and remember the mauser 98 sniper, and they'd have the answer. But they did not believe me. you've help me prove it to them with the second opinion.

setting dmflags isn't a cheat, it's just a way of customizing the settings on your server, just the same as putting your own realism on or something
