Server not found in the list

I have 2 servers one is a Compaq ML350 Dual Xeon 2.2 running on a SDSL 512/512 with a static IP on a D-Link DSL-504
This is runs flawlessly,

I have another server a Dell PowerEdge 2500 P3 1Ghz running on a ADSL 512/256 with a Dynamic IP on a D-Link DSL-500

Same ADSL/ROUTER but one has four ports.

Both machines are using MOHrunner with the same configs.

The Dell Machine will not show in the Internet Listing.
If you go to join the server by entering in the IP address it might let you in the first time but after that it will hardly let you connect

the console on the server says.

Client 0 connecting with 700 challenge ping
Client 0 connecting with 3700 challenge ping
Client 0 connecting with 6750 challenge ping
Client 0 connecting with 9750 challenge ping
Client 0 connecting with 12750 challenge ping

then it might say

Rcon from 192.168.0.5:3006:
say
Rcon from 192.168.0.5:3006:
say
Rcon from 192.168.0.5:3006:
say
Hitch warning: 5457 msec frame time

and then on the client it says "Server Timed out"

I have also tried just running the dedicated server from the multiplayer menu, with same result.

I have disabled the firewall on the router.

Anyone got any Idea's

Boy I sure was hoping to see replies for your question but I guess it's not going to happen. Just wanted to let you know your not the only one with this  problem. I have the same problem you have but it doesn't matter whether I run a dedicated or sideserver. It will not list in gamespy or the q3/mohaasp server list. I can however enter my IP# manually as many times as I choose to connect and with no problems connecting. SOMEONE PLEASE COME TO THE RESCUE AND SHOW US HOW EASY THE SOLUTION IS!!!

Guys there really are no simple easy answers for this. Running game servers is tricky business.
First be sure your network is properly configured. Check TMMWorld.com for help on networking:
http://tmmworld.com/
Next you need to make sure the proper ports are open on the firewall. Here is the port list:

partonbp--how are you able to connect 2 routers on a single ISP connection? You would need to have 2 IPs in oder to do this.
