another question

Appreciate the help earlier, got a new one now. I currently have 24 ppl on the server including myself. I can rcon "in" load the pw etc but as soon as I try a status command it tells me the server is not running. I've got some spectator campers holding slots and two severe racists on the server causing problems and can't kick anyone. Anyone else get this error and know a fix?

Load your game and connect to your server....
type /rconpassword "thepassword"

Then, all further commands, Make sure your prefix *All* your commands with /RCON

ie:
/RCON STATUS
/RCON CLIENTKICK <slot>
/RCON MAP mp_brecourt

etc..

That's the bizarre part, I can connect via the rcon command and load the password. Every command works except for status...in other words I can't pull up a player listing. I can kick, chg maps, gamemods etc but no status. Just seemed out of the ordinary.
