I have dedicated server is a PIII-550, 384mg RAM, 8 gig HD, running 12 ppl have no problem. It being a dedicated server you don't need that 64mg video card, deicated server doesn't run the whole video, just the console.
Good Luck

The server machine needs at least the same specs as a gaming machine. The only difference is as Billw pointed out, the server doesnt need a powerful graphics card (even a 8mb would do). I would however put in plenty of Ram (384mb should be fine).
With game servers the real bottleneck is the Internet connection.
