Automatic Messages When Some One Joins Server

8O How do you make automatic messages come up when some one joins the sever. Also need to find out how to make myself come up as console when i speak in game. :idea:

some of the anti-cheat software has that option for the welcome players, I use Counter Intelligence (CI). As for the console message use RCON

rcon <password> say "any message you want without the quotes"

and it will come across as console in game

Do you mean the text you see while you are in spectator mode?

if so,you need to go to your Global file (in your main) ,then localization,where it says :

"Press fire to join the battle!" "Press fire to join the battle!"

you can change it like this:

"Press fire to join the battle!" "Your Server IP:200.000.0.00\rOur website is at:\rwww.yoursite.com\rPlease post server complaints on our Forum.\r Press fire to Kill and Destroy!" }

the \r seperates the lines,hope this helps.

P.S if you cannot find your Global file,you can create one and then place a copy of your localization txt in it,if you do not have or cannot find it,post here and i will give you a link to download a revised one,which you can edit to your liking.
