I am having problems with starting a server for the public, I have a cable modem running through a Linksys router NR041, and it will not show up anyway, it only reads as my LAN IP, how do I fix that? I also opened up all ports and the ones for MOHAA and Gamespy and still no one could connect. I hope someone could help me with this, thanks.

You need a server.cfg. Do you have one? I would use one of the sample ones that you can download here.

Yes the server IP is 68.107.226.218:12203, I tried putting CI but it lags my server out too bad lol. So will get something else. For some reason the server cheats was on, dunno why, but I fixed that. This guy was using "God mode" and I found out because I bashed him 5 times and did not die. I do not have an ammo mod for it either that is why I know he had it on and when I asked him to turn it off, he said I cannot believe you think I am cheating, so he left. Oh well. The admin of the server is Nighthawk which is me :). Just wanted to let you know. Oh does anyone know a good anti-cheat that won't lag my server out like CI does?

Ok, will try it out.
are you running CI on the same PC as the server? That may cause it as CI can be CPU intensive.

I tried running CI on the same CPU and that was the biggest mistake I have ever done lol. But no, as of right now, I am not running CI on it. But I will later.
