Serwatch can't run....

I want serverwatch on my server..but i can't see any players in the list of users....i tryed 3 versions and nothing worked...i can send msges with it but it will send it all the time when i send hoi it will there for hours....in 3 secs there will be a new msg...

hope anyone who can help me
