I downloaded the level editor. Does anyone have a manual to help out with this?

Hi i have had the same problem, Its a bit complicated to explain but all i know is if you download it of codadmin there is a manual which helps you out and tells you waht to do with it all. But if you get it of any-other website sometimes it only gives you the basics so if i was you download it from this website.
