Server banning people with real CD Keys

Hi all

Just wondering if someone can tell me how to stop my server from checking CD Keys. I;m getting lots of complaints of people not getting into my server because there Key is now banned.

Easiest way to fix this would be make my server stop checking.
Does anyone know how to do this ?

If the key was banned there was a reason yes? Who did the banning in the first place? If thier key is banned by the master server it sounds like those players need to contact Activision tech support to have it dealt with.

FYI: The IW crew patrols this forum and has already informed us they will be removing any servers caught not transmitting key checks to the master server.

Indeed if you prevent the server from checking keys it will not list ... this is now automated I think.

I have had people joine and i have asked some if it trys to validate the key. I have yet to be told that someone has been validated on my end.

In fact i watch the server connect to hearbeat and reconnects often but i never see my games listed on gamespy or in my own copy of game.

I have two copies bought obviously. One is dedicated server other is my game copy. I never get challenged even if i connect localy or via internet.

WOuld someone let us know if there are any additional servers settings other then the following settings:

Ports are open over firewall, am i missing any thing in my CFG?
I have never seen my server listed and its been up almost 3 weeks.

AS Duck said, not a great question to ask. I imagine they were banned for a good reason, and I am sure it was IW/Activision did it, I say that becasue we don't have the capabillity of banning in game yet.
