does anyone know how to cut down or get rid off lag on servers as we run a server and latley we are getting quite a bit of lag anyone know why?

Is this a rented server or your own?
What kind of internet connection do you run the server on?
What is the Upload AND download speed of the connection?
How many players are you trying to host?
What is your MaxRate setting in your cfg?
