Do run speed adjustments work in COD as they do in MOHAA?

And exactly what is the setting?

Where can I find all the appropriate rcon commands for COD?

/rcon g_speed 190 is default (speed)
/rcon g_gravity 800 is default (gravity)

Trial by error, these do work test them to see what you want to set it to, btw it resets every map, and round load
