Getting this error but am stumped to why its accurring, Im sure its a mod or map missing a file but not sure which one.
I have reinstalled the games folder but still getting the error.
I am going to remove all the custom maps & mods but would like to know if anyone has had this error before.

I have seen this. I had downloaded some maps and loaded them, launched the server and received a similar message.

The file I downloaded was a pk3 file instead of what you would normally expect to be a .zip. I did not notice it was a pk3 at first, so when I saved the download file, the browser (or save option) saw it as a compressed file I guess, and it automatically attached .zip to the end of the file.

The file I had downloaded ended up something like mapfile.pk3.zip Of course I thought I needed to unzip the file without paying attention to the full file name, so I did, but it openned up the pk3 file and put the contents in various directories. I think it was later that I noticed the file problem and renamed it to remove the .zip but the contents of the pk3 file in the game directories caused the problem since files were duplicated.

I then had to determine the contents of the pk3 file and hunt down what was unzipped in error. Once I did this, the error was resolved.

Hopefully it is somthing similar for you.. easy to fix. Remember if you have XP and in explorer you have "known file extensions" hidden, you won't see the entire problem.
