How to set ban immunities?

We have been using SW for awhile now and have figured out the majority of the things that we want it to do. We have tk detection working succesfully, skin detection, killing sprees, ping detection, stats (somewhat but buggy) and a few other niffty tricks. But, we cannot get ban immunity to work at all.

Can someone tell me how to get this setup? Can we make a tag immune without setting every uname and also is there anyway to make kick immunity possible? Besides the issues with the immunity this program has been working really good for us.

Setup - General behaviour - ban immune Nicks. ....

Setup a regular Expression for the people you dont want to be banned.

Well, I tried that and whenever regular expressions are applied SW gets errors. I have read the tutorials on how to do it and have also had another server admin try to get it but it still doesn't work.
