Sniper Restriction

I am very sorry if this has already been asked somewhere. I did check, but could not find anything.

Is there any way to allows sniper rifles (or any other weapon) to be used in the maps but to restrict how many there are? I.E. Only 1 or 2 snipers per team etc.
