Run_time error 9 "Subscript out of range"

run_time error 9 subscript out of range, this message appears while RconDelator is scanning my server. It closes the program and doesn't even start scanning. What does it mean? If you can help please answer, thanks

I am also having this problem. It ran fine for a week or so then it quit.
