SERVER SIDE SOUND MOD

Has anyone figured out how to create a SERVER SIDE SOUND MOD for Spearhead?? Meaning using the sound that are available within the game.
I have been trying to get sounds out to the client side without downloads so they can hear dogs barking, the 30cal machinegun and others that are part of the game and everyone has in their game already. Please help!!!

there is a server side mod i use on my AA server called Roc n Pain.....its a classic touch, basically gives random sounds when people die.

I have just set up a SH server as well and find that the mod does work....but for some reason it stops the normal loud sayings from working when installed....e.g. "where are you hiding" that kinda thing. So its one or the other really.....if anyone knows how to make them work together i would be grateful....cheers 8)
