Can it be done? Or only through ci? I am running full mam/ci, and was wondering if I was missing a command, and if I could bann people from in the game using rcon.

it can only really be done with MOHAACI

delator sorta does it, but the delator program has to be running, and it was determine to be a not needed feature for MOHAACI, it cannot be done at the script (or MAM level) for this kind of stuff head to www.invisiblewarriors.com and visit their forums.

Actually ... ;-) I recently sent Bart a MAM-based add-on for banning: MAM_ban. It will allow banning from rcon with back-end support from MOHAACI, and it can easily be used by any external server-admin prog (e.g. Delator).

well the main problem is it wouldnt be worth it from what I had note.
I mean it has to check some value from that side, so it really isnt being done from scripting level, me and bart have talked about it a lot, but the only person to implement it was the guy from delator.

the thing is it would add too much rcon checking to the code.

Well, I cant get into my last account (jaret) for some reason, so I had to make another.

So can banning through rcon be done? I didnt really follow the posts before this.

it can but you would have to be running mohaaCI or some other third party program, you cannot do it via rcon and a script.

you cant its not a feature of mohaaci, it could be a feature in the future, if the guy making it decided to program it thats as much as i know!

hehe :D To ban a player from CI just double click on there name in the grid area. It will have options in there to kick and/or ban. But definitly read the manual :P
