about delator and aimbot

i'm using delator 2.0.0.8 for my mohaa server.

i notice that there's a remark that the aimbot scan is rather basic. i wonder the mechanism behind the aimbot scan. some "cheaters" delator detected for me is defending that delator wrongly accused them of using aimbot simply bcoz they're using bright colourful skins for both axis and allies.

i heard that delator is actually "guessing" that one is using aimbot by analysing the skins one is using. is that true. if that's the case, it is dangerous to use delator for aimbot detection as it might kick or ban ppl for the wrong reason, though i'm not saying that ppl using cheatskin should be spared.

I dont know how Delator does it exactly, but I can guess.
When the Aimbot is installed it adds 2 new skins, one for Allied and one for Axis. These skins have brightly colored heads which allow the aimbot to lock onto. Fortunately the thing doesnt work very well and is very easy to detect.
It sounds to me that these guys are giving you a line of BS. Why would they be having ANY Bright skins to begin with--they ARE cheat skins. Who cares if they are kicked for Bright skin or Aimbot, they need to be kicked in either case.
You need to install MAM or Code Security to allow you to force them to take a screenshot that they need to send to you to prove what they say. If they wont, then too bad, let them go somewhere else you dont need the hassle.

as far as i know, the aimbot works with 2 specified skins(one green and one red). other than those 2, the rest don't work. is that right? if that's the case, is there any chance that delator would accuse someone using aimbot if he's using a set of bright skins other than the specified set?

they are arguing that they were using yellow alig skins(addidas) yet detected by delator being using aimbot, though i doubt their allibi. is this possible, not only for yellow alig skin but also for other bright skins.
ppl here don't regard cheat skins as a sin but aimbot. that's y they don't mind being accused of using cheat skins. but i wanna catch them using aimbot for sure, or at least with fairly reasonable evidence.

also wanna ask is delator detecting cheat skins by their names or by the binaries? if the former is true, then it is possible that cheaters would rename the skin name in the pk3 and use whatever they want.
