downloads mods for SH

working all the downloads in the server side mods area for spearhead too?? for example dmz dogtag beta or MAM.

and whats about pk.3 files from mohaa for example no_rocket no_shotgun

Most of the Admin Tools will work with Spearhead also (Dogtags and MAM both do).
Most mods have to be specific to the game (ie: Spearhead has many weapons that AA does not have, so AA mods do not work for Spearhead).
