i know that in stock servers, a spectator can only talk to another spectator. I want everyone to talk to everyone on my server, no matter if they're spec'ing, dead, or playing. someone told me the code.... but i just dont remember it.....

that's the server.... im running stock realism with a rifles only mod by {sKs}, also modded by me. Usually runs FFA and if busy, i put in TDM.... but yea.... need that prob fixed though.
