my conssole doesn't work

when i TRY AND BRING MY CONSOLE UP WITH THE ~ BUTTON, IT BRINGS UP SOMETHING TO TYPE INTO, ( THAT IS not CONSOLE )
, so now I have top things to talk into, and NOO console

You must furst ENABLE the console.
Open Spearhead and go to Options>Advanced, check the box on the upper left "Console" and press Apply.
Now go enter your server and it should work.
