MAking the OBJ Server with 3 grenades and 4 rockets only?

Anyone know how to make a CFG to set 3 grenades and 4 rockets only, all the rest is ok but i need to set 3 grenades and 4 rocket.

To make that happend.
You will need to go and find your self a mod that can do it for you.
Becase it is not possible to set in the config file.
