Is there any admins who would let my clan be allied wit ther

Hi, im the leader of the 113th division. I am looking for a public call of duty server that would let my clan make that server there main server,and let me have rcon. I would donate 20 bucks a month to the admin who would let us do that. We could even be allied clans,
