a real lamer question

We use RconDelator with no problems. With ModDelator I have set it up and created the mod and put the zzzz Delator .Pk3 file into my MOHAA/MAIN folder.
It is the very last icon in the folder.

However, my messages never show up on our server.
They are set as periodic and medium or low status......
I am using win98 se.....

any ideas??

There's a major issue with periodic messages on the current version: the periodic messages timer gets reset on every spawn, so if your time interval is larger than the average round time they're never displayed :(

I'm aware of it and it will be solved on the upcoming ModDelator update.

What is the command to ban someone when im running delator?

Would I use the rcon status command to get the client#

then

rcon clintban ##@"reason i banned them"

ex: rcon clientban 11@"You have disobeyed the server rules too many times ChestRcokwell!!!!"

Is that corect? And can ANY of my server admins, whether they run Delator or not, ban ppl thru the in game console?

I could use an answer here pretty quick, if possible (lol) because this is really starting to bug me that i might not have it right. I want to test the ban ccommand on a team member because I know I will be able to un-ban them. Thanks!

1.- If you're using Mohaa, put it on main. if Spearhead, then mainta is the folder.

2.- The command for console banning is rcon set clientban nn@reason. If you're using Spearhead you can't use spaces on the reason. If using mohaa, you can use them if you enclose the argument with quotes, ie: rcon set clientban "nn@reason for kick"

Barry's doesn't grant you access to your main folder, but I think they're running (they were) a basic version of moddelator which should allow you to use the anti-cheat features.
