CI and Moh.Adminmod versions

Why does the latest CI 1.3.2.0 come with a different version of Moh admin mod then the one released here. I noticed that the one that comes with latest CI keeps security inside the admin mod pk3 as a scr. And the one on this site has security seperate. If we choose to run CI should we only run the MAM that came with CI??
