How do i force skins on someone and how do i let.....

How do i let people use skins? cause when someone had it on we couldnt see it...how do i change that and change other people skins?

If you are refering to custom skins (non EA skins) then in order for you to see any of those skins the server must have them installed, you have to have the skins, and anyone you want to have see you in the skin needs to have it. So basically, you,them, and the server need to have them installed.... As for forcing skins on other people, I believe Hammers mods has that option to randomly force skins on people. Go to the downloads to look for it. I hope that answered your question.

yeah might also wanna check out CI as well you can do all sorts of crazyness with that,,kill people,force team switch,skins etc..funny stuff when your bored and you wanna screw around with a couple of players in the server..heh
