Hello, can any1 help me :?: :!: , when i click on RconDelator.exe a message comes up saying "System Error &H8007007E(-2147024770). This Specified Module Can Not Be Found." Why Wont Delator Work?

no, xp pro, i know some1 that has delator and home xp and it works 4 him

Playing around with Delator yesterday, it worked fine. Now, today, out of the blue, it starts throwing this error. XP Pro. I still can't figure out why people waste their programming energies on Visual Basic...it's total crap and so is every application I've ever seen built with it. They all wreak of amateurism and throw esoteric errors like this without reason. Total crap.
