Need help setting up Sniper Only server

I did a search and didn't find anything about MOD's or configs to make it sniper only, so I'm asking for help. I know of a few servers that have this set up, but getting an admin is pretty hard when its a DED server. Is there such a mod for Spearhead, or do I need to set dmflags or what? I've searched every board I can, and only found them for MOHAA.

Any help would be appriciated. :D

PM me with email address and I'll send you a pk3 that does that. Currently it disables everything except sniper rifles, pistols, grenades, and rifles except the M1 (disables the M1 since it is semiautomatic). I figured if someone wants to use a slow bolt action rifle without benefit of a scope it shouldn't hurt, but let me know and I can disable them also.
