Screenshot File name Question with MaM Security.

Hey, we use MaM security on our server and we configured it so that the screenshots for action that are forced on players are named in this format on client machines when they are taken: "DrDukes@clanwtf.com_action_###.tga where ### stands for the random number. We have tested this on various players and it works as it should. However, we have did a forced action ss using MaM screenshot_action command today and the player in question sent us shot####.tga file that looks similar to one was forced and he said he got no other shots under any file names. Now, my question is this, could this mean he has a Forced SS bypass that bypassed the forced ss until he could turn whatever hacks he could had on but failed to save itself to screenshot file name that MaM produces and just resulted in standart file format of shot####.tga ??? Or is there a bug or flaw that would cause player to not get file name renamed during forcing a screen through MaM???

I already confirmed that the player in question did not send the screenshot that was forced but tried to trick me by taking another one in same place, in part thats why the file he sent wasnt the right name cause he never met with MaM before lol.

yea i was going to say, if you set it up to do that format then it will do that format, glad you caught a cheater.

Nice to hear someone caught a chameleon skin moron. I really hope they find a way to detect these crap skins. We caught two leaders of clan using them in 2vs2, using the toggle chameleon skins.

When they disable these skins they show the skin name like this: german_panzer_shutze_n. Notice the extra character. We suspected them at first when playing an earlier match on a foggy map which they were hitting our guys when our guys couldn't see them at all. So the next match they played we were ready. Had CI and Mam going with and someone monitoring it.

First we forced them to lose the spaces in there name (since this was a spearhead 2v2) then dumped them.

They showed a capital skin name of german_WAFFENSS_SHUTZE. We asked them about it and they both left server stating computer problems. Guess thinking we caught them. So then I assume added form of toggle chameleon skin which allows them to turn it on and off at will. They came with no spaces again CI/Mam forced the spaces and we got a dump on them. This time with the german_panzer_shutze_n. WHich is a chameleon skin, I won't mention, that when turned off shows that. Got a Official in right away. FOrced screen shots of there models and dumped them in the game and forced screen shot. Took them 40 min to get the screen shots to the official. When it did it looked like someone edited out the neon skins. Both skins were missing just the backround and shadows showed.

For league play, I recommend dumping them in game and taking an in game screen shot of the dump. INstead of just using CI's info that the other team can try to refute.

Now I am not saying we suspect every team of cheating. We don't, and hope never will have to, but fact is these teams exist and they are in high ranks in some ladders. Hopefully this team will not play again.

Turns out one of there clan member or there friends decided to spam out with our clan member J19's email address, that was communicating with them via email about the match, to congressman and high level government officials saying OCG website is a front for terrorism???? Come on its just a game!!!! Yes you were banned from a ladder but not all ladders, still you should know better then to cheat in league play! And the leaders are supposed to set an example!

A few days after the match the FBI contacted our webmaster out of the blue stating they needed all info on our site, all of our email address, access to all posts on our site, etc. After explaining ourselves to the FBI Cyber division, they are currently looking into the senders of those emails and hopefully get them soon.

Sorry to take up bandwidth but this I still cannot get over!
