When I try to open any of the mam pak files with pakscape or dragon its says it cant because they are not a valid win 32 app. These programs open the pak 3 files within mohaa but not mam. Anybody know what i can do? im running windows xp home.

Seems like you're actually trying to "run" a .pk3 instead of opening it within Pakscape (what is dragon?). Go into Pakscape, File->Open and then try it. If it works, somewhere, something is telling Win that a .pk3 is an executable. Try renaming them to .zip and see if you still have problems opening them. BTW, are all MAM files giving you problems?

are you trying ot open the .scr files?
if you are i suggest copying the .scr files to a directory, and then opening note pad, and open them from notepad.

Thanks, the copying of the file (yes i was trying to open scr) and then opening with notepad worked. Thanks again.
Dragon packer is just another program that opens pk3 files
