PJG script refusing client connections Invalid CD Key

Some people had been trying to connect to our server and they were getting "Invalid CD key" errors. I was not running the CI program but the PJG script was loaded in the server but I also had not enabled any of the settings. I dont know how this happened but was suprised to find out there was quite a few people that were unable to connect to our server but could connect to others. I had no idea this was going on. Once I removed the script then they could connect. Why is this?

Then why was it when I removed the script from server then people that had problem before could connect? Then to test again, I put it back on then they couldnt connect and once back off the server they were connecting.

I must say it was definitely odd to see that removeing the script let them connect then putting back on the couldnt. Ok then
