Patch Suggestions

Place any suggestions, bugz or fixes you think need to be addressed for MAM in this thread. I am taking a look at some issues people have been asking about to see if its a problem with MAM or a problem between the computer and seat.

right now I have people that want me to make sure that MAM_Security is working up to snuff, i did a full check of the defaultcomands code that did the swapping of teams, it LOOKS good, i think the issue you might be having on swapping teams is dealing with if people have already been on a team for a while or if they just joined. It doesnt work automically, it requires some time, i reccommend just physically switching if the auto switch teams doesnt work.

I am also fixing addonpaks issue with the sayc text, it will now autoformat itself so people can make "good" custom messages

i already did a patch to the MAM_Security, it can be found on the MAM_Security thread, it basically adds some more functionality at the request of the MOHAACI group so that they can track screenshots.

Anyway if you have any pressing concerns, any issues with MAM that you think I need to take a look at this evening put them here!

i think you should add a mod that delays the starting of a map 5 seconds.... so it gives everyone time to load the map and get in game and so everyone starts at the same time... kinda like what bf1942, but it could display it using sayc counting down from 5.

also, if you make it so the clients send their screenshot right as you take it through the server :D what am i saying? that is umpossible... it'd be amazingly amazing if you could do it thought, i mean, the client is connected through the server and is already sending information through and receiving information, so why couldn't he send an ss through? but, the ss's are almost too big for email anyway, so you'd have to save them in another format, so i doubt this idea is even slightly plausible.

the idea of them auto sending screenshots IS impossible at least from the MAM point of view, though if we ever got a developer able to do a program like they use like punkbuster it might be possible to convert to jpeg on the fly and send it to whoever is running mohaaCI or whatever i dont know about that though.
