I tried swap_teams (latest version of all mohadmin stuff) and swap_teams just puts all the people on one team, and no one on the other, maybe I'm missing something obvious.

erm... this has been tested a LOT, and has so far worked every time i have done it...
maybe you should try again... i dont know why it wouldnt work in this case.
