Guys:
What variable settings should I use to "equalize" players from a server standpoint? And what do these settings do?
For example, I think the following variable settings:
set sv_fps XX
set sv_maxrate XXXX
...are supposed to equalize the rate at which the server sends data to the players, but I'm not totally clear on these, either!
Any help on these and other appropriate settings would be appreciated! Thanks!
