Starting server how do I?

K this may sound stupid too most of ya...

-how do i set up "lean when you run on" my server

-how do i get the console commands

-how do i get rid of voting options for users

Check out the guide section here for a sample SH server config. Within that you can set all the variables that you want for your server. There are options in those configs that let you change the lean/bind, and voting. Also you can find of list of rcon commands. They will let you change your variables, and kick players through the console.
