Hey guys, im a mac user and majorly need your help, lately ive been trying to download costom maps, but arent working, im putting the .pk3 file in the main folder but it wont launch...... are there a certain type of map that work for Macintosh computers or am i just doing something wrong? could you please tell me ASAP?

Why won't some maps load correctly?

Aspyr have announced that the Mac version of MOHAA contains a bug.

When Mohaa starts loading a map, it creates a file in the Mohaa "main/maps/dm" folder for DeathMatch maps, or the "main/maps/obj" folder for Objective maps. This file is called a .min file. The Mac version of MOHAA sometimes doesn't create this file correctly which causes the map to fail loading.

That site contains explicit instructions on how to install teh fixes, and links to the fixed .min file for a lot of the fixed files. The other method is to pull the created .min file off a PC that is running MOH:AA

you guys rule, if i need any help, ill ask again thanks alot, oh sorry just remembered one, is there any ways to increase my FPS without buying a new comp or vid card? ive allready lowered everything to the minimum and im still getting low fps like 25....
so if you could help me it would be the greatest!!!
